Rachel Magaña, Usui Reiki Master

Ethereal Earth Energy was born from lived experience.

After years in the pastry world—an environment shaped by relentless productivity and burnout—Rachel experienced a physical and spiritual breaking point. Chronic illness, digestive dysfunction, fatigue, and food sensitivities became a forced awakening.

Healing began not through urgency, but through slowing down.

Through kitchen herbalism, food as medicine, rhythm, and reconnecting with plants, the body began to speak—and heal. Motherhood further initiated a return to softer, wiser, earth-based ways of living.

This path led to Reiki, ancestral remembrance, and a conscious rejection of systems that profit from disconnection and sickness.

Rachel is a Tibetan Usui Reiki Master who works in collaboration with the founding Reiki masters, her spirit team, and angelic support—allowing healing energy to move where it is needed most, always in service of your highest good.
