I am a Tibetan Usui Reiki Master and energy healing facilitator dedicated to supporting your journey toward balance, clarity, and inner peace. My sessions weave together Reiki, sound healing tools — such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and Tibetan Tingsha cymbals — and Red Light Therapy to help release blockages, encourage deep relaxation, and awaken the body’s natural ability to restore itself.

Alongside my energy work, I’m exploring herbalism, learning from the plants I grow and creating small-batch remedies and blends with intention and care. These offerings, along with my handmade oil elixirs, cleansing sprays, and crystal bundles, are all designed to support alignment and renewal.
